Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to use on tall windows? Yes. The mountaineering-grade safety cable and UPS system ensure that the robot will not fall even if there is a power cut.

Do I need to apply window cleaner manually? Not with the CL-2 (automatic dual spraying). With the CL-1, you can dampen the cloth before placing it.

Does it work on tiles and shower screens? Yes, on any smooth surface. The suction is just as effective on vertical surfaces as on horizontal ones.

How noisy is it? Less than 65 dB — similar to a normal conversation. You can leave it running while you work or relax.
